Liquid Filter Cartridges

A Cartridge filter is a piece of tabular filtration equipment that can be used across various industries for an array of filtration requirements. A Cartridge is encased within housing or a casing and used to remove unwanted particles, pollutants and chemicals from liquids. These are that part of a filtration system that are removable from the main body housing of the system for disposal and replacement or for cleaning and reuse. A single housing contains one single or multiple cartridges. The cartridge is exposed to water, liquid or solvent that needs filtration as it flows inside the housing and passes through the elements.

Gas Filter Cartridge

These Cartridge provide excellent filteration removal of solid, rigid contaminants, coaledced liquids down to 0.3 micron in 2 stages. These cartridges are specially designed for Gas processing such as natural gas, CNG etc. We manufacture interchangeable filter element equivalent to PECO, Multitex, Parker, Pall, Hydex, Coperian Ideal etc. with equivalent performance.

Removes Contaminants such as:- Asphaltenes, Coal Fines, Dirt, Iron Sulfides, Molecular Sieve Dust, Pipe Scale, Salts, Sand, Wear Metals

Coalesces Aerosol Liquid Droplets such as Amine, Condensate, Glycol, Lubricating Oils, Water, Low Surface Tension Fluid

Cartridge Filter Housing

Filter Housing is a part of filter assembly. A Filter Housing is a casing around a filter cartridge. Filter Housings came in a variety of Sizes and styles used for a varietyof application in liquid and gas filtration. These are in wide range both in standard and custom designed. These are also custom designed considering the operating parameters. V1z, flow rate, pressure, operating temperature, piping orientation, application etc. Advance International housings are leak proof and withstand pressure and atmospheric adversities.

Metallic Housing These are available in single cartridge design as well as multicartridge design to handle large flow rates. Metallic Housings are offered in SS304, SS316, SS316L etc.

Polyproplene Filter Housing These are molded filter housing. The top lid has threaded inlet/outlet connections. The housing can incorporate a single filter cartridge of either 5”, 10”, 20” or 30” Length in standard or Jumbo housing having double open End (DOE) connection. They can be used for operating pressure upto7 Kg/ cm2 and temperature upto 80 deg. C.

Transparent Filter Housing These are transparent molded filter housing. These are ideal for the point of use and point of entry, perfect for water treatment in technical and industrial application. Available in standard and Jumbo sizes of 5”, 10”, 20” with thread sizes of ¼” , ½” , ¾” and 1”. Main advantage is that anyone can observe condition of cartridge from outside.
